Transfer

Transfer printing is carried out using a transfer,
that is an intermediate support in which it is inserted
the image itself that needs to be transferred.

Realizable on fabric
(also backpacks, bags, shoppers, clipboards, etc.)

Serigraphy

Screen printing uses a matrix in which the ink is spread;
then, passing a spatula over it, the image is transferred
directly on the object.

The processing can be applied on all types of materials,
provided they have perfectly flat and regular surfaces.
Each print color requires a matrix.

Embroidery

Embroidery can be done on any fabric

Patch

Patches or embroidered patches are applicable on all fabrics.

Sublimation

The Sublimation process allows it to be fixed to the weave of the fabric
the printed color, just as if the filament of the weft itself were colored.

Sublimation is done with inkjet printers
with sublimation inks, using a special paper.
The ink thus received by the paper is transferred
on the receiving surface using a special calender or press.

Laser engraving

In laser engraving, the laser beam engraves the material which,
depending on the exposure time, it changes color and creates
a contrast. The resulting laser engraving is permanent
and very resistant to abrasion.

Applicable on multiple objects.

UV printing

UV LED printing is a revolutionary type of printing which consists,
like all printing techniques, when applying ink to materials,
with the particularity that drying is almost immediate thanks
to the UV light of the LED lamps applied on the printing machine.

Applicable on fabrics and objects.

Pad Printing

Pad printing takes place through the use of a cliché
where the image to be printed is engraved;
then the clichè is mounted on the pad printing machine.
The plate surface is filled with ink;
then a rubber pad is pressed against the plate
and pick up the ink; finally the pad is pressed in turn
against the object to be customized and releases the ink,
that adapts to the surface.

Direct digital printing

Direct digital printing on the material to be customized.

Dry printing

Printing process that is practiced with the impression
of colorless and protruding images on the paper surface.
The impression is obtained by compressing the sheet between a punch
cantilever and a recess: cliché and counter.
The embossed impression can be embossed or hollow.

Applicable on papers and eco-leather.
